Bob Dill
Managing Director & Board Member
Bob Dill previously served as Hisco’s President and CEO with the primary responsibility of setting strategic direction and leadership for the organization. He directed an energetic leadership team focused on creating an outstanding customer experience and a dynamic work environment for Hisco’s employee-owners.
Bob retired from HISCO in 2024 and now serves full-time as the Lumen Institute’s Managing Director.
Bob earned a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Cal State Fullerton. He currently serves on the Industry Advisory Board of Texas A&M’s Industrial Distribution Program. He is a strong advocate for Employee Ownership and is active in the National ESOP Association. He and his wife have three children, enjoy family activities, and are involved in their church community.
