One of Lumen’s primary Lumen Actions is the help form the next generation of leaders. As part of this mission, Lumen was a major sponsor of the 2023 YCP National Conference where hundreds of Catholic Young Professionals gathered for mentorship, professional development, and formation. Lumen also helps to seed new YCP chapters around the country and its members serve as YCP local board members.
