LUMEN ACTION

Lumen members are called to be the salt of the earth and a beacon of light at home, at work and within their community. Each member receives personalized attention in coaching and circles which set them afire to be lights of the world. Thus, Lumen members are all encouraged to engage in some form of action that flows from their desire to impact culture with the Light of their faith. Lumen members are engaged in a vast array of impactful actions but has a particular focus on mentoring the Lumen fellows and the next generation business leaders.
